BLM Commander's Quince AKGA Purebred Kiko

We did extensive research while working towards our goals of building a better meat goat, and yes, we did discover that the Kiko breed could bring us many positive attributes to use as tools in achieving our goals. Please allow us to introduce to you the first Kiko buck purchased for the new Ark herd - Quince. He was born January 2007 at Bloom Valley Farm in Douglass, Kansas (Thanks Polly and Alan!) where his sire has been very busy building a new legacy with his impressive New Zealand lineage. Quince happily entertained several registered Kiko, high percentage Boer, and Nubian ladies in the fall of 2007, and the results were very interesting! Color, patterns, wattles, and fast growth rates - his kids are so adorable! Visit the sale pages to see a few that are available, and come back here after weaning to see the ADG's on his kid crop.
